Have you ever wondered how some places in the world build their onsite sewage treatment systems when cranes are not available and general access to the site is limited?

The answer is RoadTrain® Bolted Systems.

Hydroflux Epco have provided numerous RoadTrain® decentralized treatment systems to remote areas using a bolt together system whereby the treatment plant can be shipped anywhere in the world using standard shipping containers.

The Hydroflux Epco bolted system is available in sizes ranging from 100 to 600EP using a single train. The upstream equalisation tanks and sludge storage tanks can also be supplied using the bolted method. 

Applications include sewage treatment for accommodation camps, exploration sites, villages, hotels, resorts and mines.

Heavy duty painted steel panels are used in the design to maximise life cycle value – some of our installations have been operating for over 40 years.
